International Shipping
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s e-liquid and e-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from Honest Abe®. We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders. Customs forms will all be marked honestly, with accurate product and product value details in accordance with US Federal Law.
In addition, Honest Abe® does NOT currently ship to all countries. We are in the process of rolling out international shipping one country at a time as we research which locations are the most lenient toward e-liquid importation, and offer us the lowest risk of fraudulent transactions. Currently Honest Abe® is only shipping to the United States of America.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Honest Abe® product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Honest Abe® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Honest Abe® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Honest Abe® shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Honest Abe® without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Honest Abe® or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Gift Certificates
At this time, Honest Abe® gift certificates are not available. Please beware of any HonestAbeJuice.com gift certificates being sold by other retailer. Any gift certificate purchased elsewhere than HonestAbeJuice.com cannot be used toward your purchase and will not be applied to your account.
Gift certificates must be redeemed at honestabejuice.com for the purchase of eligible products. Please contact us at contact@honestabejuice.com for additional information.
Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and or returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
A gift certificate, once entered, will be automatically applied to the user’s gift certificate account balance.
Any unused balance will be placed in the user’s gift certificate account. It cannot be transferred to other users
Gift certificates and their use are subject to the Honest Abe® terms and conditions. Honest Abe® reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.
A gift certificate’s cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
Honest Abe® and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the user or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Please contact contact@honestabejuice.com if you have any questions.
Honest Abe® retains the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on our website.
